If you are a person who snores, you may or not be aware that there are in fact numerous ways to stop snoring. This is to ensure that everything will fall into the right position when you want to go to sleep. Not only will these ways to stop snoring help you to breathe better at night, they are also effective in helping you to get a better night’s rest so that you can wake up refreshed in the morning.

These exercises are similar to the ones that singers use in order to warm up their throat for a performance. These exercises are not hard and they will help you to stop snoring by strengthening your tongue and throat, as well as freeing up the air passages. This couldf be jogging, a brisk walk or a trip to the gym, the key is to do it regualrly. Remember that being overweight is a major cause for snoring and if you have extra weight around the neck, it can restrict your airway and this in turn causes you to snore.
So in summary, if surgery, medication or devices are not for you, then one of the most effective ways to stop snoring is to do both sets of exercises (above) on a regular basis. You will be able to get a better night’s sleep and feel more refreshed in the morning, but just as important, you will not be disturbing your partner, lodger or any friends who stay with you and for that they will be most grateful.

I am not overweight, I have had surgery to correct a deviated nasal septum, I sleep on my side, and I excercise all day as I walk everywhere, and am very active. I snore so hevily that people can hear me through walls. I feel like I never get any sleep, and my job performance is terrible at times.
i need real help.

Given that you have already had surgery once before, I would suggest you seek medical advice once again if you are still suffering problems
